Pre-determined. If the popular vote count is anything close to accurate, Hillary set the left wing redeeming quality standard of ignorance and incompetence as being a good thing and a free pass for all her mistakes. Biden fits that mold perfectly.

As far as running mate, insert minority mob favorite flavor of the month. Harris’ star is falling faster than a cat can lick it’s behind so I don’t see that happening. Too much face time in the Kavanaugh hearings too rules her out.
