Mike Anderson was consistently good in my opinion

He took over a cratered program, so it took him 2 years to achieve that. But then he was consistently good each year until he left. I would also say that Haith was consistently good by most measures, all 3 of his seasons would likely qualify or come close to it.
From 2008-09 to 2013-14 MU avged 25.5 wins per season and were generally nationally ranked most weeks. That is a consistently good period for each of those 6 years in succession.
