In May I had cataract surgery from the VA and a partnership with the University of Miami Health System's world renown Bascom Palmer Eye Institute.
Today I was in for a follow-up check and they gave me two new pair of glasses, one for distance and one for reading and since I normally wear contacts they informed me they would now pay for my contacts since there was more than a 3.0 difference in vision in my eyes. Ain't that great?!
