He just chose told the truth, selectively. He didn't lie.
He misrepresented the facts, but he didn’t lie.
His intent was to deceive, but he didn’t lie.

You know how when you’re sworn in on the witness stand, you promised to tell the “whole truth”? That that does not apply to liberals. They can pick and choose which parts of the truth they wish to reveal.

They are deceitful, corrupt, slimy, scummy, dishonest vermin. But it’s not nice to call them liars.
