not be a world without rules. The rules, however, would be contractual in nature and not unilaterally enforced by an authority that also unilaterally decides how much money/property to steal each year.
As for the resolution of any given dispute, as pickle has stated numerous times on this Board, he won't centrally plan a dispute resolution industry but the anticipated forms of dispute resolution would include direct negotiation, private mediation, and private arbitration. If people started to shirk their obligations in these private forms of dispute resolution, then private reputation scoring companies would note that particular person's reputation to blow off dispute obligations. It would likely lead to less people wanting to associate with the bum.
None of those are radical dispute resolution mechanisms, and in fact, all of them exist today despite public courts.
As for security (i.e. what cops don't even allege to provide today), there would be private security firms tasked with keeping the peace and protecting people and property (not actively policing and looking to arrest and fine people).
For the record, as I've stated numerous times on this Board, I'm not an anarchist. But I've read and understood pickle's posts over the years. He is clear and consistent. If you don't understand them by now, then that's on you.
