just got a large federal grant to build a new bridge across the MO river at Rocheport.
The current bridge is unsafe.
MO didn't replace the bridge because it didn't have an extra 300 million dollars sitting around to do so. Just as it doesn't have the money to fix the other unsafe bridges in the state.
Now, think about unsafe voting machines, and the unsafe apparatus of voting in general. It's equivalent to the bridges. States know it's a problem, but don't have the money (and knowhow) to fix it.
