Unless it is overseeing land, air, water, animals and deciding how the public uses these.

Then it's the most efficient pristine system going. Man could never do better than gubbmit at this, because we simply cannot and I do mean in no way trust man to do the right thing. Only a group of two or more corrupte elitist welfare leeches a very small portion of Americans voted for and who probably haven't even set foot on the land in question can do this correctly, and I have their numbers to prove it.
