I would argue that what Cal does is extremely hard.

Replacing a huge number of players every year with freshmen and winning is tough as hell, even if they are extremely talented. I would take a talented upperclassman over an amazing freshman every time. Zion was the player of the year this year but the previous 5 years it was an upperclassman.
And it's not like Cal's been that bad. In the last 6 years he's made 2 elite 8's, a final four, and a national championship game. Plus he's won 3 SEC championships and 4 SEC tourneys. I wish we had a coach who could not win **** like he has.
