Withdraw all US bases and soldiers.
Tell every Arab muzz country we will leave them alone as long as they are peaceful and don't start no $hit.
The first country to break that rule, we select a major city at random and drop a low-yield nuke on it.
If they don't capitulate, rinse and repeat until they do.
