First of all, it was W's father.

Second of all, his campaign manager, Lee At-water... Came out and said he did it because he knew it was racist. He admitted this several times. Roger Stone is on record as saying he tried to stop At-water because the ad was too racist.

Simply unreal. The people that are running the racist policies (like the war on drugs) tell you they did it because it was racist, and you guys still say "nahhhhhh".

Also, take one guess as to who started the furlough program...
