starting a summer camp and need to hire staff. Would you be willing to take a chance on a convicted child molester as one of your counselors or would your first concern be the safety and welfare of the kids attending the camp?

I have no problem with second chances but I think those giving those second chances should be making informed decisions.

Yes, that does make it more difficult but that is true of many life decisions people make. To a large extent you create your own path through life. Much is out of our control but a vast majority is not.
