The Pt exaggerates or causes the illness of their child to solicit sympathy. This would free Hill if she copped to this. It would be a brilliant move to use if the parents want to obtain the best outcome, get paid,and receive treatment instead of jail. It appears they may have hired good counsel. Brilliant move.
