Tony Bennett, Bo Ryan, Chris Beard, Gregg Marshall, etc do not have superior talent and they are not underdog success stories. They consistently win because they are better coaches. That is a more sustainable model of success.

Kind of a moot point in this case, because Kim was the worst at both. But in my opinion he was considerably worse as a coach during his MU tenure than he was at acquiring talent.
