as most of us have been saying all along. Mueller should have never been appointed. There was never a conflict within the DOJ to carry out the counter-intelligence investigation (if there was, Mueller wouldn't have hired DOJ employees). If Congress wanted a document for impeachment, they should have stuck with conducting their own investigations, as opposed to riding out the Mueller report (which we were all told to accept no matter what).
Mueller confirmed all of this with his presser yesterday. He came to zero conclusions, then said it was up to Congress to impeach ... thus leading back my above statement. He was literally worthless.
