A person came in, identifying self as a man with abdominal pain. Because of that identification, and charting (and trust me - the hospital HAS to put down their identified gender - which is retarded as hell), the baby lost. A woman at childbearing age entering an ER with abdominal pain would immediately be given a pregnancy test.
