What exactly is your argument here?

She had warrants out, she lied to the cop and then attacked him. Are you really on her side of this issue?

Yes, sometimes cop act without cause and sometimes they are responsible for avoidable deaths. From the information provided here, the cop was 100% justified every step of the way.
