Cut a deal and at the last second they sold it to Eastman Chemical and said sue us. Even used our contract and same purchase price. Funny thing is the Eastman Chemical business survived and the camera business the big dog at the time didn't

Cost me a small fortune which I didn't have but I learned a lot....one fo which was never to trust Monsanto
