this is the first time I've seen anyone definitely say with specifics that it has already happened. Not that it is going to happen.

That it has already happened.

The FISA court has already concluded their findings... and they've concluded that Comey and Clapper and the Obama gang lied to them for 4 years in order to gain illegal warrants to spy on Republicans and weaponize the government against them

The already concluded findings are with the Attorney General... the report has indictments filed and we will receive the findings in 2 weeks (I suppose 1.5 now).

The good news is that he was so specific that within a short month, we'll know whether he knows anything or not.

But... whoever he is, he didn't beat around the bush and give the typical non answer, leave wiggle room for error.
