In the charges Mueller brought against assorted Russians for election meddling he indicated that no American citizens were implicated in any of the crimes. In Mueller's report to Barr he brought no further charges against anyone. None of Mueller's prosecutions of Americans involved anything remotely related to Russia. They were all process crimes in the case of Flynn and Popadopalus and for Manifort a tax/financial indictment related to his work for Ukraine. Not one of the allegations in the Steele dossier has been confirmed and Comey, McCabe, Page, Strzok, Ohr, Ohr and Baker testified to same.
