a campaign violation to funnel it through a law firm b/c it wasn't reported correctly. FACT.

but for the actual EFFORT...no it's not any more illegal than Trump Jr's ATTEMPT to get dirt from foreign sources. HRC was just wildly more successful so if you want to go down the "thing of value" road you are simply indicting HRC not Trump jr. b/c they didn't get jack squat.
