so the boy scouts must cease to exist. They discriminate, you see.
But the same butt heads will likely tell you that a baker should not be required to bake a cake for a gay wedding.

The first amendment says in part, "...or the right of the people to peaceably assemble...."
The right to peaceably assembly is often found in courts to include the freedom of association.
But matt doesn't want to segregate boys and girls in scouting.
