The ACA was hijacked by the insurance and pharmaceutical industries. The words PUBLIC OPTION - which had been a vital part in the original design - was wiped out of the program. State exchanges - a vital part of the program - were not put in place by GOP governors to assure Obama did not get a win. States WITH exchanges fare far better.
