recruiting rankings don't matter and not realize that recruiting rankings actually do matter? There is a reason why Agee doesn't have P5 offers. There is a reason why Hargrove didn't have a committable Mizzou offer. There is a reason why the huge majority of the time, the team with more highly rated recruits win and the teams with fewer of those (i.e. Kim Anderson level teams) don't.
I'm not saying that Hargrove can't become a really good player. He could. But the odds are he won't. A player like McKinney or Jackson have much higher upsides and a much better chance to turn into studs than Hargrove or Agee and that's why Cuonzo is going after those players and not the mid-major caliber players.
