Obama would've capitulated and permitted the nukes in Cuba under a theory and logic of something like, "WHO ARE WE to tell hostile nations 90 miles from our borders that they can't also have nuclear weapons?" JFK was far from a perfect president and certainly made his share of mistakes (Bay of Pigs probably top among them), but I'd take him in one second over the goon squad of presidents we've had this century.
