Lesbian gorillas, social justice warriors, and Ruth Bader Ginsburgs are what is needed on the court. Because the court has become the new ultimate legislative body. As we have seen, any federal judge, anywhere in the nation that can affectivly write or negate foreign policy.
The muzz ban is illegal. So says a radical, open borders leftist judge. It can then take months for appeals to work their way through the system to overturn the ruling of one political leftist judge. This is where the gutless Republicans have really let the country down over the years. Wimps like Lindsey Graham have said that the president deserves to have his nominees confirmed. To the cabinet, and to the courts.
When Republicans won’t stand up, the nation falls down.
