in so many cases there are reasons for all that, especially among law enforcement, which would be expected.
Maybe I can give an example. They, and others, clearly deal somewhat differently with Asians than with blacks, in the same situation. Have you thought about some of the reasons that may be? Thats almost another way of saying that for so long many blacks have not done things they could have to benefit themselves.
Another consideration: How unexpected that the black family (and culture) was so much stronger and better back when they were truly and grossly discriminated against. And thats in my lifetime. Maybe THAT should be explored and investigated. Maybe by black leaders and role models.
