The conference owns and produces everything. That means that they have to create content 24/7 for seven different channels. ESPN and Fox were able to hire a few on air people and then shift other people around to fill in. The Pac 12 is bearing all of those costs and having to sell advertising for seven channels.

I nderstand the idea of regional channels but they should have limited it to just two or three. They were way to ambitious.
