I know the roads are bad, and that's going to impact your stopping distance. But how can you not see far enough down the road in time to stop before hitting that mess? If you can't stop, you're following closely and/or going too fast for conditions.

The drivers of every one of those vehicles that crashed in that video deserve to have their licenses revoked.
