You can't Blame Sterk for cooperating with the NCAA that has always been the M.O. to a less stiff penalty...till now. This clearly was outside the Norm for the NCAA to hammer a program that did what we did. Now moving forward if the appeal is lost then I would never ever again even allow a investigator on campus or access to a student athlete.
