Penny wise, Pound foolish. This is today's Liberal/Progressive/Democrat. They are so worried about some billions, they are squandering 100s of Billions of the the people's tax dollars, supporting alien criminals.
Actually funding the wall would make it easier for the agents on the front, and free up the after the failure to prevent entry money which is being squandered by Congress at this very moment.
