Will appeal. But, what is the viability of taking the NCAA to court civilly if we don’t win the appeal? Name the NCAA and all of the commissioners. I’m not a lawyer, but this whole thing stinks. Any attorneys on here that could address this? Bring in some of the other schools that got screwed as well while showing the inconsistency in their rulings? Just a thought.
