who hasn't come out strongly. He only says the SEC will basically try to understand the sanction.

What Sankey didn't say to get results:

He could have come out and said the SEC and it's member institutions, have concluded that the disposition of the sanctioning by the NCAA of our member SEC school, the University of Missouri is appaling. This is so egregious, that the SEC will lead the discussion with other Power 5 conferences to develop a course of action that would insure such a conclusion, would no longer be possible in the future.
