For example, we try to save any premature baby we can, and sadly don't succeed at it everytime. We count those deaths in our stats.

Most nations do not.

That causes our stats to decline.

It's not the only game played with stats by the nationalized health care crowd.

Same folks try to tell you with a straight face cuba's health system is better than ours. Really?
