WE have a republic, a gov. built on Laws...not a mob rule democracy. The Law says they are illegal and criminals...being women or children is not a factor.
Also FDR and Stalin...way worse than Putin where very very chummy and FDR praised him....I mean jeez FDR supported Russia before Pearl Harbor even though they hated our form of gov.
So your point is....that people Like Stalin and Putin can be more complex and have good traits we admire or are they just 2 dimensional cartoon characters in your mind all evil laughing and bad boarish behavior 24-7?
