If he can get the high upside players like Pinson and Watson to see how they have to work and how they have to play. Then by his 4th season and beyond he can have the culture in place that will consistently compete for top 5 in the SEC and consistently make the NCAA tournament. It’s the kind of approach that Haith needed to take 5 years ago, but wasn’t as confident in his standing to do.
