I don't know, I think he comes out clean on this.

Some will say he folded, but if you look at it, he tried and gave deals and the Dems did nothing. While the media will clam the Dems won, he will point out that he felt that the workers have to get paid and the Dems will not work with him on protecting the country or anything else for that matter. This will help him build to a 2020 run that he will run against a do nothing congress and IMO will affect the DEM presidential candidate

Also, As the media attacks him and his supporters, he will look justified in attacking the media for what they say. And since they have lost some respect in the last two weeks, this will be used against them to slowly lose their power over the public except for the True believers.
