pain or ANYTHING derived as a result of this shut-down. They want that wall and it matters not how they get it.

Trump has got to see his approval numbers in the 30s and if he carries any delusion at all about re-election hopes, that has to signal something to him, but likely not for weeks. Govt employees not paid 6 or 8 weeks, OW.
