If race is a social construct then why do we talk about

race relations? Shouldn't the narrative be about social relations or maybe tribal relations? Every so called leader I hear talk about this uses the term "race relations" as the problem we need to solve.

I'm not saying that it is or isn't, just want to know why we use antiquated terms to talk about issues.
