Was the haven for funding sex change operations. I understand there are incentives for joining the military such as college education, learning a trade, etc. Removing your pecker and a butch cut for free, really?

This one had to hurt Pelosi. That or she was a pandering sack of chit back when this came up for vote a while back. She slammed Pubs that voted against this.
