Cohen could have told investigators that Trump asked Cohen to perjure himself. The article acts like there emails, texts, etc that prove this.

The first part could be true, and the second false. That would make it not a fake story, but an inaccurate one. Mueller's team didn't say it fake. They said it was inaccurate. We don't know if it is partially inaccurate or totally inaccurate.
