I thought this kid was an OU lock forever? He didn't commit in the early period but visited Norman last week. OU is all over his twitter account and no mention of the MU visit.
Ike came to the US via the same foundation that brought MU's Franklin Agbasimere to the US. Fair bet to say that Ike won't find a fellow player from his home town of Lagos, Nigeria on any other campus visit.
Ike has had a curious experience in the US so far - and has somewhat incredibly crossed paths with Myron Piggie who longtime MU fans know very well. There's a lot unsaid in this story about Ike but one thread that runs through his story is that he might be rightfully wary of American adults selling football dreams:

His legal guardian lives and works in KC - perhaps being able to play within easy range of him AND having a fellow Nigerian who came through the same experiences is enough to get MU more than a courtesy look?
