and why was it not mentioned in cohen's indictment. why is there no "male #1" for suborning perjury?

Why would Cohen be allowed to talk about it; which he did via twitter.

and related, the leak (if accurate) is a federal crime and those responsible (if accurate or not) should be identified and tried.

lastly, cohen's status as trump's attorney complicates the issue.
