The boy was no fan of divorce if memory serves, but I am less interested in the gospels as I am the over-all impact of the teaching and the philosophy. We have NO idea what was in the first renditions of Mark or who penned this testament in the traditions of Mark.

Those books been changed over time. Hundreds of times.l But the over-all themes remain, it seems to me true to form.

Why can priests not marry?

Church wanted their money. Had nothing to do with Jesus. Theat decision not made for 1,000 year past him. You see, the church evolves. And if Jesus WERE as obsessed about men and sex as YOU and YOURN seem to be, he might likely have spoken of it more than once or twice.
