A couple of years ago, the town negotiated a lower rate for garbage pickup, and he put out on facebook for ideas on what to do with the saved money. some people suggested roads, help with those that could not afford their garbage payments, etc.

I suggested lowering our rates in what they charge us....he was like "never thought of that"...

fortunately, they ultimately decided on that.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
