There were 18,000 people with an AGi of over 10,000,000 and only 500 over 50,000,000. Let's say the ave income is 20,000,000, so -

18,000*(20,000,000-10,000,000)*(70%-37%) = $60 Billion increase in revenue. A drop in the bucket of federal spending.
