I think you have Manifort confused with one of those who plead to a process crime. Manifort plead to a conspiracy charge based on his work for Ukrainians and an obstruction charge for witness tampering (also a process crime). It was Flynn and Popadopolus who plead to a single count of lying to the FBI.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
