If the entire gov shutdown, warlords would take over

Can you imagine if warlords took over? We would probably be fighting wars all over the planet for no reason. We would probably spend so much on war it put us in debt. Warlords wouldn’t let us trade with countries we’re at war with or want to war with. Warlords would spy on us to make sure we’re not planning anything that could disrupt the warlords way. Warlords would have the ability to draft us into fighting even if we didn’t want to wage war. When one warlord is removed, another would take his place and continue fighting the same wars.
