It's very obvious that the veteran triple amputee who started the fund didn't know that it wasn't as simple as just turning the money for the wall over to the gov't. Now that he knows it isn't so simple, he's changing the gfm account to another way to get the money for the wall. He proposed that the donors have their donations transferred to the new account or get a full refund. The libtard who posted the link lied as usual.
