They fold. Dems get 20 votes needed to over-ride veto and it is done - lessen of course Mitch wants to assure this is the end of his reign - likely anyway but assured if he loses HALF those 20. Trump thinks it is all about him. It's not. Senators like being senators and are not going to fall on the sword for Trump.
