He is doing nothing more than that.

He knows that if it LOOKS like he is oh gosh trying to fulfill half-ass campaign chant, then his pathetic base won't walk on him. He has his marks in his pocket, I will say that.

That is ALL he is doing. Trump doesn't give a fck about Mexico, a wall or undocumented immigrants (beyond the ones working at his club).
